Terms & Conditions

Terms and conditions subject to change without notice. Once earned, points do not expire unless an account has been inactive for more than a year, but we may change how points are earned, and/or how many points are needed for various prizes, from time to time. Points for orders paid for by Pharm Reps will be awarded solely to the Pharm Rep. Points for business orders may be awarded to a designated individual within the business instead of the customer who placed the order. Important note, prizes may not be redeemed until after the reward members 10th order, however, upon completion of an reward member's 10th order they shall attain the Power Plus Rewards Member Level which has shall entitle them to special member benefits; after fifty (50) orders a rewards member shall attain the Power Plus Elite Rewards Member Level which unlocks the highest reward member benefits, special rewards offers and exclusive members-only perks. Rewards program effective June 1, 2017. Order prior to June 1 do not accumulate points.

1. Only individuals are eligible for Our Rewards membership, and each individual may maintain only one account. You are responsible for verifying you have one account and all points are being delivered to your one account.

2. Points earned by Rewards members are for the members' benefit only and may not be transferred to anyone. Points are transferable to a legal spouse only in the case of documented death of the member. Points are not transferable to another person for any other reason, including marriage, divorce or inheritance.

3. Points are awarded for the food amount on each completed order. Delivery fees, sales tax and gratuity do not count towards point awards. Points will not be awarded for orders refused or cancelled.

4. Additional Points may be awarded in conjunction with different promotions, specials, referrals, etc.

5. Points are not awarded on redeemed awards, coupons, discounts, gratuity, sales tax or complimentary items.

6. Only the customer placing the order will be credited with points, unless we choose to award points for business orders to a designated indiviual within that business. We also may award points for orders paid by Pharm Reps to the Pharm Reps, regardless of who actually placed the order.

7. We are solely in charge of your point total and you may access your points total at anytime through our website. The Rewards program is based online. You may also redeem your accumulated points online by logging in and going to the My Account page.

8. Your Points contain no monetary value and are not redeemable for cash. We reserve the right to change this program at any time and/or discontinue this program at any time without notice. Use of the Rewards Points constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

9. Rewards members may receive a Rewards Points statement monthly by e-mail. At anytime you may check your Rewards balance by logging on to your online account and checking your account information. You are responsible for advising us of any change of address or information and we shall have no responsibility for lost mail, merchandise or returned e-mail or any consequences thereof.
